Sample Programs for students with their own horses:
Participants
can choose the program that is right for them.
Level 3 H&R: This an
intensive training program horse & rider which includes 5-6 lessons per week in the arena, on the
cross country course or conditioning trail rides. Attending a Horse Show is also an option.
Level 3 H (For the horse):
This is an intensive program for the horse which includes 5-6 training rides per week in the arena, on the cross country
course or conditioning on the trail. Attending a Horse Show is also an option. It is designed to introduce
new experiences to your horse & build up their overall condition with lots of "hill" work.
Level 2 H&R: This program
is designed for the rider who want lessons but also want to gain confidence out of the arena. The program includes a
lesson everyday in the arena or over fences and guided trail rides.
Attending a horse show is also an option.
Level 2 H: This program
to introduce the horse to the trail and natural obstacles.
The itinerary includes 3-4 rides per week with
a rotation of conditioning rides, low level cross country schooling and trail rides.
Attending a horse show is also an option.
Level 1 H&R: This program
is designed for the rider (& their horse) who just wants to "DE-STRESS". The itinerary includes daily guided 1-2
hour trail rides.
A truly wonderful way to discover the foothills.
Level 1 H: This program
is designed for the the horse that needs a change of pace from his usual routine. The itinerary includes 3-4, one
to two hour trail rides per week.
If you would like to participate in one of the programs listed above
but you don't own a horse, PEC can provide you with a horse to use.
